1 Child = $200/month/child

2 Child = $120/month/child
3 Child = $100/month/child
4 Child = $80/month/child

Terms & Conditions

Payment

Monthly payment should be made within the first week of the month.
All monthly fees are STRICTLY applicable for 4 sessions to be completed in 5 weeks, otherwise fees will be forfeited.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

No refund will be made once registration/class is confirmed. Fees are not transferable to any third parties.

Adverse weather & Safety Precautions

There will be NO MAKE UP lessons for the session that has commenced and has to be cancelled due to unforeseen bad weather. This is to adhere to safety regulations.
 Lessons will proceed as usual unless there is lightning or thunder storms, therefore please attend classes regardless of weather conditions unless you have been informed of cancellation. Lesson will continue if it's drizzling.
We reserve the exclusive rights to cancel the lesson in bad weather conditions for safety reasons.

However, in the event of cancellation because of 2 consecutive weeks/sessions of bad weather, a make-up class will be scheduled out of the normal class time. 

Attendance
For Group lesson
There will be no refunds or make-up lessons for any absenteeism, late coming or cancelation or any sort.

For Private lesson Lost time due to late coming or when the swimming pool is close due to whatsoever reason will neither be compensated nor made up. Any last minute cancelation will not be entertained unless student informs the instructor at least 1 day in advance before hand after which make-up lessons will have to be arranged directly and in favor to the instructor (should your lesson falls on weekend kindly inform the instructor for postponement latest by Friday. Your instructor may not be able to answer your call/ sms as they are usually engaged during the weekend).

All students will still be required to undergo at least 4 lessons on a monthly basis. Failure to undergo the minimum required lessons will result in any outstanding lessons to be forfeited.

*No swimming lessons/ classes will be conducted on the following days below. It is the student’s responsibility to be aware of swim holiday. (Unless agreed by both parent and instructor)

-Singapore Public Holidays
-New year’s Eve
-Chinese New Year Eve, Chinese New Year day 1 – 5^th day of the lunar calendar
-Every 29^th, 30^th, 31^st of the month

Make-up policy

There will be NO MAKE UP lessons for those who fail to attend the group lesson for any personal reasons. Any absence will be considered a lesson as the time slot is allocated and scheduled for you.

Responsibility

We will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury, damage or loss of life while attending this course and this include all cost, and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
